Due to the digital and service-based nature of our business, all sales are considered final once a purchase or subscription has been processed. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment: If a transaction is processed more than once due to a system or billing error.
- Service not delivered: If the service or product was not provided within the agreed time frame and no communication of delay was made.
- Technical issues on our side: When access to a purchased digital product (such as a licensed software, learning platform, or downloadable file) is unavailable due to a verified technical fault caused by Peach Technologies.
Refund requests that fall outside these scenarios will not be honored.
3. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Custom-developed software or systems once project development has commenced.
- Subscription fees for digital services or online platforms.
- Consultation, support, or maintenance fees once the service has been rendered.
- Licensing fees for third-party products or integrations (e.g., Autodesk, Cortex, or cybersecurity tools).
- Any product or service that has been accessed, downloaded, or used.
All refunds are made solely at the discretion of Peach Technologies.
4. Request Procedure
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our billing department within 7 business days of purchase by emailing info@peachtechworld.com with the following details:
- Full name and company name
- Payment reference number
- Date of purchase
- Description of the issue
We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
5. Cancellation Policy
For ongoing services or subscription plans:
- Cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
- Once a billing cycle has started, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Any prepaid fees for partially used services are non-refundable.
Peach Technologies reserves the right to cancel a project or subscription if misuse, policy violations, or fraudulent activity are detected.
6. Replacement or Service Credit
In some cases where refunds are not applicable, we may offer:
- Service credits toward future projects or renewals, or
- Replacement access to the same or an equivalent digital product.
Such alternatives are offered at our discretion and serve as a full resolution to the issue.
7. Processing of Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10–15 business days via the same payment method used for the original transaction. Peach Technologies is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.
8. Dispute Resolution
If any disputes arise regarding this policy, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication. Should further action be required, disputes will be governed in accordance with applicable laws within the company’s registered jurisdiction.
9. Limitation of Liability
Peach Technologies shall not be held liable for:
- Losses incurred from misuse or misconfiguration of our software or services.
- Data loss, downtime, or indirect damages resulting from user error or third-party system failures.
- Refund claims made after the specified time frame or outside the conditions outlined above.
All decisions regarding refunds, replacements, or credits are final and made at the sole discretion of Peach Technologies.
